I specialise in CBT however am trained in all forms of counselling and can and do deal with any adult isssues (I don't work with children as this is a specialist field) you might might be experiencing.

I offer online counselling - research has shown it is at least as effective as face to face counselling. People are in their own homes so more relaxed is one of the many benefits to online therapy, not to mention travelling, parking etc. I love that I have a job where the best words I can hope to hear are: thank you so much, I don't need you anymore, I will keep your number in case I need a quick top up!
